The two faces of the labyrinth ring must be parallel and fit closely with the shoulder of the shaft body and the inner ring of the bearing.
(2) Install the inner ring. The inner ring of the four-row cylindrical zizi bearing is an interference fit with the roll neck. When installing, the inner ring should be heated to 90-100°C. Do not exceed 120°C to prevent incomplete retraction of the inner ring after cooling. The heating method can be oil tank heating or induction heating.
It is absolutely forbidden to use open flame heating. For smaller bearings, the outer ring, the roller and the cage can be gently tapped with a copper rod. into the bearing housing. For larger bearings, the outer ring and the outer ring assembly can be lifted by using the hoisting holes provided on the outer ring or the cage, and vertically lowered into the bearing housing.
For FCDP four-row cylindrical roller bearings with live ribs, the side retaining rings, outer ring assemblies, and middle retaining rings should not be interchanged with bearings of the same type. Marks Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ marked on the end face of the outer ring are the marks of the load zone. When installing and using for the first time, align the direction of the rolling load with the first mark, and then align the rolling load with the rest of the marks when cleaning and reinstalling in order to prolong the service life of the bearing.
