1. According to the shape

3. By series

Linear bearings are divided into two series by series, namely LM and LME series.

LM series are used in Asia, Southeast Asian countries, Japan, Korea, China, etc.

LME series are mostly used in Europe, the United States, Germany, Italy and other regions. The structural characteristics of the two series are roughly the same except for the different dimensions and aperture tolerances.

The advantages of straight column type linear bearings: 

1. Cheap price; 2. Small space occupation; 3. Large inventory;

Disadvantages: It is time-consuming and labor-intensive to process the fixing seat by yourself when using it

The advantages of the flange type linear bearing: the counterbore of the flange is fixed with the inner hexagon, so the installation is convenient;the disadvantage: the price is more expensive than the straight column type.

The advantage of the linear bearing with a fixed seat: the aluminum alloy shell has a built-in linear bearing, which can reduce the number of parts and processing man-hours; the disadvantage: it takes up a lot of space; the price is also more expensive than the other two.
