The bearings will then be damaged.

Regardless of whether there is a difference or not, some maintenance personnel only need to remove the bearing part of a specific component, and the bearing needs to be replaced. Treating reusable bearings as waste can cause excessive financial loss.

Strictly speaking, the technical state of roller bearings needs to be determined with special bearing inspectors. In addition, you can also use the dial to measure the data of the bearing to judge whether it can continue to be used. Observe the rolling bearing directly with your eyes. The inner and outer laces, without peeling or fraying, must show smooth and shiny curved grooves.

The surface of all moving bodies must be smooth and free of spots, cracks, peeling, and delamination. The moving body of the same bearing has the same size and wears evenly.

Don't damage the cage, damage or be too loose, and don't let the gap between the cage and the moving body be too large.

During observation, no matter which point is known to be problematic, it is inappropriate to use it continuously.
