The assembly of high-speed precision bearings should be carried out with the same care as the installation. Pay attention not to damage the bearing and other parts, especially the assembly of the interference fit bearing, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, the design should fully consider the convenience of assembly in advance, and it is also very important to design and manufacture special assembly tools according to assembly needs. During assembly, scientifically study the assembly method and sequence according to the engineering drawings, and investigate the matching conditions of the high-speed precision bearings, so as to ensure the safety of the assembly work.
1. Pushing method: use a press to push the bearing, which is reliable and stable during work, and does not damage the equipment and bearings. Presses include manual push, mechanical and hydraulic presses. Matters needing attention: The force point of the press should be on the center of the shaft, and should not be biased.
2. Knocking method: The knocking force is generally applied to the inner ring of the bearing, not to the steel ball and cage of the bearing. This method is simple and easy, but it may damage the bearing. When the bearing is at the end of the shaft, use the inner diameter A copper rod or other soft metal material that is smaller than the bearing is against the shaft end, and a protective layer pad is added under the bearing, and it can be removed by gently tapping with a small hand hammer. When using this method, it should be noted that the place where the protective layer pad is placed should be moderate, and the point of force should be appropriate.
3. Pull-out method: use professional pullers, and when assembling, just turn the handle, and the XEZ high-precision bearings will be pulled out slowly. When assembling the outer ring of the bearing, the bending angle of the puller needs to be extended outward; when assembling the inner ring of the bearing, the bending angle of the pulling tool needs to be inward and stuck on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing. Matters needing attention: 1. The hook of the puller should be hooked to the inner ring of the high-precision bearing instead of the outer ring to prevent the bearing from loosening excessively or being damaged; 2. When using the puller, make the screw point to the shaft Center hole, not tiltable. Attention should also be paid to the bearing capacity of the hook and the bearing, and the hook and bearing should not be damaged; 3. Pay attention to avoid dislocation of the hook; 4. The bending angle of the two legs of the puller is less than 90°.
4. Hot disassembly method: used to assemble high-precision angular contact bearings with interference fit. First, pour engine oil heated to about 100°C on the bearing to be removed. After the inner and outer rings of the bearing are heated and deformed, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller.
