5. How to install and remove?
Do not directly hammer the end face and non-stressed surface of the spherical roller bearing during installation, and use a pressing block, sleeve or other installation tools to make the bearing evenly stressed.
If the installation surface is coated with lubricating oil, it will make the installation smoother.
If the fit interference is large, put the bearing in mineral oil and heat it to 90~100°C and install it immediately. When you encounter difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended that you use a disassembly tool to pull outwards and carefully spray hot oil on the inner ring. The heat will expand the inner ring of the bearing and make it easier to fall off.
