The designated area shall be put in order when the material is cut off, and the quantity shall be confirmed and signed on the process card before being sent to the next process.

6. During shift production, make preparations for the next shift, check whether the procedure is normal, prepare the materials and tools and molds, hand over the unfinished products to the next shift and fill in the shift record.

7. After the shift is completed, confirm the production quantity on shift, fill in the daily production report, sign the main operation, and move to the next process.When taking over, arrive at the post 15 minutes in advance.

8. When debugging and maintaining the machine tool, turn off the main power supply.

9. The operator shall always ensure that no one is in the danger zone of the machine when the machine is in operation, and the working condition of the grating shall be confirmed in each shift of production.

10. Once a week to do thorough dust removal, lubrication maintenance, such as holidays or no succession, after the shutdown, to clean the site and mold, to do no oil, no rust, finally shut off the air compressor and power supply, do a good record, can leave.

Safety operation of stamping machinery

(1) to strengthen the regular maintenance of stamping machinery, it is strictly prohibited to operate in the face of disease.Before starting operation, it is necessary to check whether the protective device is in good condition and whether the clutch brake device is flexible, safe and reliable.Should clean up all the unnecessary things on the work table, in case of falling on the pedal switch when working, causing the punch press to start suddenly and have an accident.

(2) when punching small workpiece, do not use hand, should use special tools, it is best to install automatic feeding device.

(3) the operator must be careful in controlling the foot switch. When loading and unloading work pieces, the foot should leave the foot switch.Other personnel are strictly prohibited to stay around the foot switch.

(4) if the workpiece is stuck in the mold, use a special tool to take it out, do not take it by hand, and should first move the foot away from the pedal.

(5) pay attention to the safety of the installation, adjustment and disassembly of the mold.

Before the installation should carefully check whether the mold is complete, necessary protective devices and other accessories are complete. 

Check the closing height of the press and the mould to ensure that the closing height of the mould used is between the maximum and minimum closing height of the press.

When using the unloading device of the press, it should be temporarily adjusted to the highest position, so as to avoid bending when adjusting the closing height of the press.

(4) when installing and adjusting the mold, the small press (nominal pressure 150 tons or less) shall be required to move the flywheel by hand to drive the slider to move up and down for operation;And to the large press with power control, the use of micro button inching, do not use pedal switch control.

The installation of the mold is generally installed on the mold, after the installation of the mold.
