The disassembly of the inner ring of the cylindrical bore bearing can be easily pulled out by pressure machinery.At this point, pay attention to the inner ring to bear its pulling force.The inner ring of large bearing is removed by oil pressure method.An oil pressure is applied through an oil hole arranged on the shaft to facilitate drawing.For bearings of large width, the hydraulic method and drawing clamp are used for disassembly.The inner ring of NU and NJ cylindrical roller bearings can be removed by induction heating.A method of heating the part in a short time to make the inner ring expand and then drawing.3. Disassemble and disassemble the relatively small bearing with fixed sleeve, support the inner ring with the retaining block fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back for several times, and then use the pad block to hammer to disassemble.For large bearings, it is easier to disassemble by using oil pressure. Pressurized oil feeding is carried through the oil hole on the taper hole shaft to make the inner ring expand and remove the bearing.During operation, the bearing may come out suddenly, it is better to use the nut as a retaining block.
