2. When the bearing's lubricating oil is in normal use, it should be replaced at least once within half a year. When used for the first time, it should be changed after about 200 hours of operation. The second oil change should be done in 1 to 2 months. In the future, the lubricating oil should be checked every week. Once, if the lubricating oil has not deteriorated, the oil change work can be extended to once every 2 to 4 months. The specified brand of lubricating oil must be used during replacement, and the old oil in the oil tank must be thoroughly drained and cleaned before new oil can be filled. Oil.
3. If you want to replace the fan bearing, you should pay attention to the following matters: before installing the new bearing, the bearing and bearing box must be very clean. Place the bearing in oil with a temperature of about 70 to 80°C and heat it before installing it on the shaft. Do not force the assembly to avoid damaging the shaft.
4. Grease should be replaced at least once a year or after 3 to 6 months of continuous operation. The filling amount should be 1/3 to 2/3 of the internal space of the bearing box, and should not be too much or too little. Grease should be replenished regularly. For its grade and replenishment interval, please refer to the chart recommendations. Even if the fan is running normally, it is recommended to open the bearing box cover at least once a year to check whether the bearing has scratches, cracks and the tightness of the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
5. Under normal circumstances, No. 30 engine oil is injected into the integral bearing box as lubricating oil. If the operating temperature is high, a higher grade engine oil should be used. The oil level of the lubricating oil in the bearing box should be frequently observed through the oil mirror. When the oil level drops, it should be replenished in time. The appropriate amount to add is when the oil level reaches the center of the oil mirror. Too much or too little is not conducive to the normal operation of the bearing. Check the quality of lubricating oil regularly. If the oil quality is not good, replace it with new oil. Regularly unpack and check the condition of the bearings.
