Deep groove ball bearing
A representative rolling bearing with a wide range of uses that can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. It is suitable for high-speed rotation and situations requiring low noise and low vibration. Sealed bearings with steel plate dust covers or rubber seals are pre-filled. Without grease, bearings with external snap rings or flanges are not only easy to axially position, but also convenient for outer and inner installation. The dimensions of the maximum load bearing are the same as the standard bearings, but there is another filling groove in the inner and outer rings, which increases The number of balls installed increases the rated load.Angular contact ball uranium bearing:
There is a contact angle between the ferrule and the ball. The standard contact angles are 15/25 and 40 degrees. The larger the contact angle, the greater the direction load capacity. The smaller the contact angle, the more conducive to high-speed rotation. Single-row bearings can withstand Radial load and one-way axial load, D combination, DF combination and double row angular contact ball bearings can withstand radial load and two-way axial load. The combination is suitable for large one-way axial load and insufficient rated load of each bearing. In situations where the ball diameter is small and the number of balls is large, it is mostly used for machine tool spindles. In general, angular contact ball bearings are suitable for high-speed, high-precision rotation applications.
Deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings with the same inner and outer diameters and widths have the same inner ring size and structure, but the outer ring size and structure are different.
1. Deep groove ball bearings have double shoulders on both sides of the outer channel, while angular contact ball bearings generally have single shoulders;
2. The curvature of the outer ring channel of deep groove ball bearings is different from that of angular contact balls. The latter is often smaller than the former.
3. The outer ring channel position of deep groove ball bearings is different from that of angular contact ball bearings. The non-center position, its specific value is considered when designing angular contact ball bearings, and is related to the degree of contact angle.In terms of uses:
1. The two have different uses. Deep groove ball bearings are suitable for bearing radial forces, small axial forces, shaft radial combined loads and moment loads, while angular contact ball bearings can bear single radial loads, larger shaft loads. The directional load (depends on the contact angle), and the double pairing (varying on the pairing method) can withstand the double axial load and moment load.
2. The limit speed is different. The limit speed of angular ball bearings of the same size is higher than that of deep groove ball bearings.
