Not all bearing requires the minimum working gap. You must choose the appropriate gap according to the conditions. Among the national standard 4604-93, the rolling bearing radial gap is divided into five groups, 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups, and 5 groups. Basic radial gap group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperatures and commonly used transmission coordination; bearing at high temperature, high speed, low noise, low friction and other special conditions should be used. Small radial gaps should be selected for precision spindle, the main shaft of the machine tool; the roller bearings can be kept in a small amount of working gap for the roller bearings. 2. Although the bearing external sealing method is good, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so cooling parts need to be installed. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant. After cooling, heat dissipation through naturally, which can avoid high temperature operation of the bearings.
