The patent abstract describes a bearing eccentric load tester, relating to bearing eccentric load testing equipment designed to address the issue wherein existing mechanical shim adjustment methods fail to accurately measure the eccentric force acting on a bearing. In this invention, the electric spindle and the machine bed form a simply supported beam shaft system structure; the electric spindle is rigidly coupled to the rotating shaft of a servo motor via a coupling; the bearing under test is fitted onto the outer surface of the electric spindle; a radial loading unit is utilized to apply a radial load force to the bearing under test; and an axial eccentric loading unit is utilized to apply an eccentric axial load force to the bearing under test-a force characterized by adjustable magnitude, direction, and point of application. The beneficial effects of this invention include the effective application of axial eccentric loads to bearings, accurate and rapid load application, and strong resistance to external interference. This compact bearing eccentric load tester allows for the setting of load magnitudes based on the actual operating conditions of the bearing, while also enabling the adjustment of the bearing load magnitude during the testing process.
