Anti-rust management of finished bearings: usually finished bearings need to be coated with anti-rust oil and then sealed and packaged to avoid the influence of the atmospheric environment during storage and transportation of the bearings and prevent them from rusting or mildew.
(1) Before the finished bearing leaves the factory, it is usually necessary to use anti-rust and lubricating dual-purpose oil to spray and wash it twice with kerosene, and then seal it with polyethylene.
(2) The anti-rust and lubricating dual-purpose oil used needs to be filtered by the filter element before spraying to ensure the cleanliness of the finished bearing. In addition, the oil tank and machine tool also need to be cleaned thoroughly every month.
(3) Inspectors and assemblers must wear liquid-coated gloves to operate, otherwise the bearing may be rusted due to hand sweat.
(4) The handling and storage must be handled with care to prevent damage to the bearing packaging during the process.
(5) The assembly room and storage room are required to have a dry, clean and pollution-free environment.
