This has resulted in domestic subway vehicle manufacturing and maintenance being in a passive position, affecting the development of the urban rail vehicle equipment industry.
The Municipal Rail Transit Group and Luozhou Group have carried out a research project on the independent development and application of axle box bearings for subway vehicles. They are committed to developing high-precision, high-stability, and long-life axle box bearings for subway vehicles, forming a key supporting bearing manufacturing and installation for subway vehicles. , Apply the proprietary technology of assessment.
Based on Luozhou Group's previously developed products and laboratory bench test verification, the project took two years to complete the vehicle loading and application assessment test.
In the past two years, the Municipal Rail Transit Group has provided vehicles, personnel and related conditions to support the implementation of the project. The project has successively passed the expert review meeting of the application assessment plan and the 100,000-kilometer application assessment status review meeting.
The loading and operating assessment test is divided into three stages: no-load assessment, main line operation test during morning and evening peak passenger flow periods, and main line operation assessment. After the loading and application assessment test, the staff disassembled the axle box bearing for inspection and compared the operating parameters. The results showed that its performance was equivalent to that of imported bearings.
As of the end of the project, after expert review, the subway vehicles equipped with LY-Z0117 axle box bearings have been in operation and assessment on Luoyang Metro Line 2 for 344 days, running a total of 130,000 kilometers, and are in good condition.
The project promotes the implementation of independent implementation of axle box bearings for rail transit vehicles and serves as a good example for the localization of key core components of urban rail vehicle equipment.
