Bearing inner packaging is divided into three categories according to the anti-rust period:
①Short anti-rust period packaging: The anti-rust period is 3 to 6 months, which is suitable for bearings that are shipped in large quantities to the same subscriber and put into use in a short period of time. After the agreement of both parties, simple packaging is adopted based on the principle of convenient use. ②Packaging for general anti-rust period: one year anti-rust period, suitable for general-purpose bearings. ③Packaging with long anti-rust period: two-year anti-rust period, suitable for special and precision bearings.
Bearing inner packaging materials include polyethylene plastic tube (box), kraft paper, plain and corrugated polyethylene composite paper, carton, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening tape or plastic braided fastening tape, waterproof high-strength plastic tape , Burlap bags, etc. All the above materials need to ensure that the corrosion resistance test of the material is qualified.
The principle requirements of bearing inner packing method:
①Miniature bearings: Every 10 to 15 sets of bearings are packed into a plastic tube, and every 5 to 10 plastic tubes are packed into a carton (or bagged or rolled). ② Medium and small bearings: multiple sets of bearings are wrapped with polyethylene film inside, kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper for outside; multiple sets of bearings are packed into a plastic tube (box); Seal the bag and put it into a carton.
③Large bearings:
Use polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper to pack in a single set, and then put it into a carton; use polyethylene film bag, fold the mouth of the bag in a single set, and then put it into a carton; put a single set into a special plastic box; Set of three-layer wrapping packaging: the inner layer is made of polyethylene film tape or composite paper tape, the middle layer is made of fastening tape, and the outer layer is made of waterproof and permeable plastic tape.
④ Oversized bearings:

For separable tapered roller bearings with an outer diameter ≥ 150mm, polyethylene film should be lined before the inner and outer components are packed, or the inner and outer components should be packaged separately. Interchangeable cylindrical roller bearings with an outer diameter ≥ 150mm are easily damaged due to complete packaging, so the inner and outer components can generally be packaged separately.
The general materials and requirements of bearing outer packaging are as follows:
①Double corrugated cartons, the total weight (gross weight) of each box shall not exceed 25kg, and the outside of the box shall be bound with plastic strapping tape; Plastic corrugated boxes, the total weight of each box is not more than 25kg, and the boxes are usually bundled with plastic straps.
When packing the bearing products with inner packaging into the box, the box should be lined with plastic bag or plastic film first; if there is a gap in the box, it should be filled with dry materials such as corrugated paper pieces and paper scraps.
