Clean bearings:
(1) Selection of cleaning agent: Generally, the anti-rust oil sealed on the bearing can be cleaned with solvent-based cleaning agent. If there is thick anti-rust oil on the bearing, you can first use a solvent-based oil cleaning agent for metal parts, such as WY-Y155 solvent of Wuyang Hydrocarbon Company, and heat it appropriately to dissolve and clean it. (2) Cleaning steps: First, hold the inner ring of the bearing with one hand, and slowly rotate the outer ring with the other hand until the oil stains on the rolling elements, raceways, and cages of the bearing are completely washed away, and then clean the surface of the outer ring of the bearing. . In coarse cleaning oil, if the bearing is rotated with dirt, the rolling surface of the bearing will be damaged, so care should be taken.
